What is the difference between a counseling/psychotherapy session and research session?  A therapist specializes in the treatment of mental disorders by psychological rather than medical means. Personal research is a personal engagement for use in investigation and discovery. Where through your personal research awakenings or discoveries may help you reach new conclusions or become aware of the world through new perspectives, therefore allowing a broader view of life.


Beginning with our first meeting, whether in person or virtually, we embark on a journey of discovery. Every aspect of your session the is held sacredly, confidentially, and is infused with caring intention. 


Sessions are immersive. You will be able to share what is on your mind where you will be listened to, we will have an open discussion and conclude with a  form of active meditation.


The research sessions are available for individuals, couples, and small groups.

What if I can't meet in person, do virtual sessions work

Yes, your session will be the same as you would get in a more traditional setting. With a virtual session, all you have to do is get on your smartphone or other electronic device and we can talk from anywhere.

* What is Quantum Touch Reiki

In every session you can look forward to a consultation and energy work. The consultation may include questions about your physical, mental and emotional status. When the energy session begins you will be encouraged to to lay down and rest.  Reiki comprises of a hands-off touch (hands are few inches above the surface of body) with a gentle hands-on touch over the various areas of the body. The main therapy uses life force energy to improve the healing process and helps reduce stress or other health problems. Quantum Touch concentrates energy with body awareness and breathing techniques.

* Personal silence is a powerful healer and allows emotions to unfold into compassion and the authentic nature of unconditional love. Silence opens a form of deep wisdom.

Consultations & Therapy
“Nature Therapy” is the process of using the natural world to help our whole being heal while reconnecting to the natural environment. We grew from nature, and therefore have a tethering connection deep within us. By reconnecting or strengthening this connection it plays an essential role in improving our mental and physical health. As part of your journey we may implement forest bathing, Quantum Reiki, nature time, meditation walks, and more, each specialized just for you.
